Vladimir Davidovich Ermak is a socionist from Kiev and the founder of School of System Socionics, which was founded in November 1991 years as an informal association of people interested in socionics research and discussion and expert practitioners on the basis of a systematic concept of socionics that was established at that time and incorporated models of Augustinavichiute, Medvedev, and Ermak.

Systematolog, socionist, psychologist. Director of of research and consulting center of systemology and socionics, head of the laboratory of system ethnology. Has experience in humanitarian fields, as well as systems of rocket management. Author of more than 40 publications in the field systemology, engineering psychology, electronics, and more than 50 publications in the field of socionics.

A fierce supporter of the Model A and transfer of all socionics to the field of cybernetics. Categorically does not accept the hypothesis of Reinin traits. In 1990s was the head of the Kiev socionics seminars at the House of the Teacher. Influenced and educated a number of talented researchers (I. M. Eglit, U. Roslankina, T. and E. Rumyantsev, etc.).
